I Miss Blogging

Currently, there are far too many social networking websites, and I'm becoming a victim to each one.  Although, I scarcely use most of them, my favorite is currently Twitter.  Facebook is becoming to crazy with so many hacks and posts about shoes.  I don't understand why it can't just be used for simple interaction with old friends? Anyway, other than Twitter I really enjoy Pinterest.  These two are so great because it's not all about posting pictures of your self, which I scarcely do since graduating.  I like the fact of being able to document what you are doing, whether it be to tell someone else of just for you to see later.  With Pintrest, I love finding crafts to hopefully partake in, or delicious recipees to try!

What's your favorite social network and why?

"Summer Break"

So, I've finished my first semester of college....if you can call it that and now I'm preparing to start the Fall semester in a week...EEP! This summer was a great experience and I won't regret my choice to go to UCF.  It's a great school and I think my college years are going to fly by because of it.  I hope to blog about it to, whether anyone follows or not, so I can have the memories to look back on when I graduate or even (fingers crossed) pursue graduate school!  I have some big dreams, with a lot of work involved if I want to achieve them.  Let's just hope I keep my enthusiasm and love for learning, especially math.  Can't wait for college Calculus! :) For now, I'm home baking treats for my parents-like usual- I love baking and in a dorm, it's a bit hard to do so without an oven.  I hear a Red Velvet cake in the oven waiting to be converted into cake pops! ;)

Math Placement Test from hell.....

It's been a few days since I've updated! I've been basically attached to the UCF math placement test website, I took a practice test and realized I do not like computer testing...(EEP)  After my first 3 hours, I began doing the working through the study tips for the real test, and so far I've clocked about 20 hours doing ALGEBRA. I just graduated and I completed Calculus, very successfully! Now, I'm struggling with little algebra, it's been too long! BUT about half of it is material I recently learned.

Anyway, I leave for college in 3 WEEKS.  I only have 2 more Sundays of the church I've attended the past few years, and then I'm on my own to find my own church and go, on my own will... it's pretty exciting. :) I can't wait for orientation to get a student ID and feel like a real 'college kid!'

^^^I get this in about 9 days,
I'm kind of excited to have it.... ha ha.
